USACA Council of League Presidents welcome ICC's offer to resolve disputes through ICC's Dispute Resolutions Committee

Dear Mr. Malcom Speed

I am writing to you On behalf of the League President's Council in the USA. 

I would like to state that we whole heartedly welcome the decisions of ICC to offer the services of Dispute Resolutions Committee. As you already know by now the League President's Council had a meeting in Dallas on April 16, 2005. We have discussed at length the governance issues concerning USACA and have passed a number of resolutions regarding the same, copies of which have been sent to you.

We would like to hereby request that the Dispute Resolutions Committee should look into the flawed electoral process that recently concluded. Further the League President's Council have resolved to requisition through their clubs an Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the members on June 4, 2005. We further would like to request that a representative from ICC be present at this Extra Ordinary General Meeting.
