Details of the 2005 Council of League Presidents Meeting in Dallas
Dear Meeting Attendees:
Thanks for the efforts of Mr. Paresh Chhotu of NTCA here is the much awaited Hotel information.
Please kindly note that We will be providing
accommodation for League Presidents or an Authorized representative of the League ONLY.
Kindly RSVP me with your full name and the League that you represent the time/day of Arrival & Departure.
Once the list is finalized we shall assign rooms accordingly.

Strictly enforced
Saturday April 16th - 12:30 pm till 4:30 pm
Meeting will start on time as we have a lot to discuss. Looking forward to seeing you all in Dallas.
Those of you who are not League President's are welcome but need to make arrangements at the discounted rate shown below.

We have a special rate of $65.00+ / double beds. I have already blocked 20 rooms. You may send a rooming list which I will then send over to the hotel. The hotel may offer additional discounted rates but the hotel was kind to provide free transportation, free meeting facility and a free hot breakfast. Therefore, I would urge that we participate in the special rate with the rooming list
